We contact and meet with homeowners/business owners, contractors, mitigation companies, adjusters, appraisers, umpires, building consultants, engineers and other experts and vendors who may be involved with the claim. At Cornerstone Adjusting, LLC our adjusters will contact and meet with the homeowner or building owner to assess the facts and circumstances surrounding the loss, determine the proximate cause of loss, determine a proper course of action, review and determine coverages (if necessary), inspect the damages, prepare an estimate, gather evidence to either substantiate the claim or to substantiate a proper declination. If requested, we will act as liaison between the insurance company and the homeowner/building owner or their representative.
For your contents/personal property needs, we employ and contract contents inventory specialists and contents pricing specialists to handle all of your contents/personal property needs.
If all you require is a building estimate for your insured, we can send out one of our building consultants to complete a comprehensive building damage repair estimate and or mitigation estimate if necessary.
